TechFlow news, May 16 — According to Jinshi Data citing CCTV News, the Turkish Foreign Ministry stated that the trilateral talks among Turkey, Russia, and Ukraine have concluded. However, some sources indicated the negotiations have only been paused, not ended. Ukrainian MP Zhelieznjak said the Istanbul talks yielded no results. According to Ukrainian sources, as a condition for ceasefire, the Russian delegation demanded Ukrainian forces withdraw from Donetsk, Luhansk, Kherson, and Zaporizhzhia regions. Other Russian demands were also described as "unacceptable" and far beyond the scope of previous discussions.
