TechFlow news, May 16 — According to Decrypt, the Solana wallet of DeGods founder Frank (real name Rohun Vora) was hacked. Sixteen DeGods NFTs were stolen and subsequently sold on the open market, resulting in a loss of approximately 108 SOL (about $19,000).
Frank stated that the attack originated from a compromise of his trading laptop, but confirmed the breach was limited to a single wallet. The incident occurred just days after he announced stepping down as CEO of the project. Frank denied social media speculation about intentionally dumping NFTs, emphasizing that he still holds a significant number of DeGods NFTs in other wallets along with over $50,000 worth of DEGOD tokens.
