TechFlow news, May 15 — BitTorrent officially announced that the BTFS SCAN has been upgraded to version v2.6.1. This update focuses on optimizing the display of airdrop-related transactions, further enhancing on-chain data transparency and user experience. In the new version, airdrop transactions are now included in overall transaction statistics, helping users gain a comprehensive understanding of interaction activities. Meanwhile, the newly added "Claim Airdrop" dedicated tab makes participating in airdrops clearer and more convenient.
Notably, BitTorrent has sponsored the ETH Beijing 2025 Hackathon hosted by @PKUBlockchain, supporting Web3 innovation at universities, and will concurrently host a BitTorrent technology workshop. To celebrate this event, BitTorrent's official X account has launched a #BitTorrentForBuilders "Guess the Topic" interactive challenge, inviting community members to predict the technical theme of the workshop—participants stand a chance to win USDT rewards.
