TechFlow news, May 14 — According to Techinasia, decentralized finance company Gnosis has acquired Singapore-based on-chain financial operations platform HQ.xyz for $14.95 million. Of the acquisition funds, $8.95 million came from the GnosisDAO treasury (approved via DAO vote in January 2025), with an additional $6 million provided by Gnosis Ltd. allocated for operational expenses over the next two years.
Following the acquisition, HQ.xyz will be rebranded as Gnosis HQ and integrated into the Gnosis ecosystem, developing alongside ecosystem projects such as Gnosis Chain, Gnosis Pay, Safe, and CoW Swap.
