He added that Trump now views Europe as weak and divided, urging European leaders to bravely confront the White House. Blinken stated: "In my view, when Trump looks at the world, he focuses on several aspects. From his perspective, he pays attention to strong leaders or powerful nations. To be honest, when he looks at Europe, I think he sees a continent that is not strong or united—a weaker actor.
