TechFlow news, May 12 — Web3 security service provider GoPlus issued an alert on its X platform regarding an emergency voting announcement from Lido DAO. This follows the discovery by a Lido contributor on May 10 that Chorus One's oracle private key had been compromised, allowing hackers to transfer funds from the affected address.
The contributor had set up low-balance alerts for this address as part of routine monitoring, enabling immediate detection when the funds were stolen. This early alert helped prevent further financial loss.
As a Web3 on-chain security layer, GoPlus offers real-time wallet monitoring services. By subscribing, users can comprehensively monitor potential asset risks, interaction risks, and other threats associated with their addresses, staying informed in real time about both address and asset security status.
