TechFlow news, May 12 — According to an announcement by Japanese listed company MetaPlanet, the company has purchased an additional 1,241 bitcoins at an average price of 14,848,061 yen per bitcoin, totaling 18.426 billion yen. After this purchase, the company's total Bitcoin holdings have increased to 6,796 bitcoins, with an average holding cost of 13,270,989 yen per bitcoin and a total value of approximately 90.19 billion yen.
Notably, after today's acquisition of 1,241 bitcoins, Metaplanet's Bitcoin holdings have surpassed those of El Salvador (6,174.18 bitcoins).
