TechFlow, May 11 — According to Defillama founder 0xngmi's post on X, hackers managed to breach one of the addresses in Lido's oracle multi-signature wallet, stealing 1.4 ETH before revealing their presence.
0xngmi added that it might be worthwhile to place some simple tokens into a multi-signature wallet as a canary mechanism to trigger alerts when the wallet is compromised.
Earlier report, Lido DAO initiated an emergency proposal to replace Chorus One's oracle node, which was suspected of private key leakage; protocol operations remained unaffected.
