With the participation of ETFs, institutional investors such as MicroStrategy, and government entities, traditional market cycle theories may no longer apply. New sources of liquidity are reshaping market dynamics, and inflows from institutional funds could offset selling pressure from whale liquidations. He emphasized that the market is currently in a transitional phase absorbing this new liquidity.
