TechFlow news, May 7 — According to on-chain analyst EmberCN (@EmberCN), a whale account that has repeatedly shorted Ethereum (ETH) around 1,800 recently suffered another loss in its latest trade.
The account sold short 10,000 ETH at an average price of 1,791 on May 1. After holding the position for a week, it bought back ETH at an average price of 1,834 to repay and close the position, resulting in a loss of approximately $430,000.
