TechFlow news, May 5 — According to Coindoo, analyst Xavior released a ranking of the largest individual and institutional Bitcoin holders in 2025. Bitcoin founder Satoshi Nakamoto tops the list with approximately 1.1 million BTC (worth over $71.3 billion), which remains unspent to date.
Michael Saylor, founder of MicroStrategy, ranks second, with the company holding around 190,000 BTC valued at approximately $12.3 billion. The Winklevoss twins hold 150,000 BTC, Tim Draper holds 120,000 BTC, Barry Silbert, founder of Digital Currency Group, holds 78,000 BTC, Binance founder CZ holds 70,000 BTC, Coinbase CEO Brian Armstrong holds 60,000 BTC, and Tesla and X together hold 43,000 BTC.
Data shows that the top 20 holders collectively control over 2 million BTC, accounting for about 10% of the total supply, with a total value of approximately $132 billion.
