TechFlow news, May 4 — According to an official announcement, Binance today signed a strategic Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the State Investment Agency under the President of Kyrgyzstan. The agreement was signed during the inaugural meeting of the country's Digital Assets Development Committee, attended by President Sadyr Japarov. Under the agreement, both parties will promote crypto payment services through Binance Pay and launch digital financial education programs via Binance Academy. This collaboration aims to foster blockchain innovation and digital economic development in Kyrgyzstan and across Central Asia.
