TechFlow news, May 1 — According to Hong Kong Business Daily, Meitu founder蔡文胜 has acquired the entire commercial building in Tin Hau for approximately HK$650 million. The property, "PARK AURA" on Tianhou Road, is a Ginza-style commercial tower completed in 2020. It stands 25 stories high (from ground floor to 24th floor), with each floor averaging about 2,041 square feet, totaling approximately 53,000 square feet of gross floor area.
蔡文胜 posted on social media that he plans to transform the building into an AI-Web3 startup hub: floors 1–2 will house an AI-themed café (similar to a garage café model), complete with space for AI technology lectures. Some floors will be designated as AI-Space co-working areas, offered free of charge for Hong Kong entrepreneurs to apply and use. The remaining floors will be allocated to studios focused on AI and Web3 fields.
