TechFlow news, April 29 — According to Axios, Michigan Democratic Representative Shri Thanedar introduced seven articles of impeachment against Trump on Monday. The impeachment charges primarily involve obstruction of justice, abuse of power, usurpation of authority, bribery, and corruption, largely related to the president's concentration of power and personal finances.
Thanedar stated in a release that Trump "is unfit for the presidency and poses a clear and present danger to our Constitution and democracy." Reports indicate that since Republicans currently control both chambers of Congress, these impeachment measures are highly unlikely to pass.
