TechFlow news, April 25 — According to an official announcement, starting from 16:00 on May 2, 2025 (UTC+8), Binance Futures will adjust the funding rate settlement frequency for USDT-margined perpetual contracts. If a USDT-margined perpetual contract reaches the upper or lower funding rate limit during the previous funding period, Binance Futures will change the settlement frequency from every eight hours or every four hours to hourly.
Funding fees settled every eight hours are paid at 08:00, 16:00, and 00:00 (next day) (UTC+8). Funding fees settled every four hours are paid at 04:00, 08:00, 12:00, 16:00, 20:00, and 00:00 (next day) (UTC+8).
