TechFlow, April 25 — According to Cointelegraph, on April 24, the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) filed a joint statement deciding to dismiss its unregistered securities lawsuit against blockchain company Dragonchain. The SEC stated that the dismissal was due to the work of its Crypto Task Force in developing a regulatory framework for crypto assets. Previously, the SEC had alleged that Dragonchain raised approximately $16.5 million through an ICO via unregistered securities.
