TechFlow news, April 25 — According to Reuters, the North Korean hacking group Lazarus Group has registered several companies in the United States to carry out cyberattacks targeting cryptocurrency developers. Cybersecurity firm Silent Push reported that the hackers registered entities such as Blocknovas LLC and Softglide LLC in New Mexico and New York, using fake identities and addresses to distribute malware through fraudulent job opportunities. The FBI has seized the Blocknovas domain, stating it was used to deceive individuals and spread malicious software. These actions violate sanctions against North Korea imposed by the U.S. Department of the Treasury and the United Nations.
