TechFlow news, on April 22, Bitget issued a notice regarding the abnormal event of the VOXEL U-margined perpetual contract. It stated that transaction rollbacks and account recovery operations have been largely completed, and the platform is now prioritizing compensation procedures for users who suffered contract losses during the incident.
The platform also responded to user feedback on issues such as "incorrect fee deductions" and "inaccurate profit and loss calculations," stating it has initiated an internal secondary review and pledged to ensure no user will suffer erroneous deductions or additional losses.
