Ukraine's Defense Minister has denied claims of being "90% aligned" with the U.S. position, while Russian President Putin said he needs to "analyze and evaluate" the results of the brief ceasefire announced over the weekend before making a decision. A U.S. envoy will present a "final best offer" to Russia this week, which may include measures to reduce sanctions.
