TechFlow, April 22 — FOX Business journalist Eleanor Terrett posted on social media that the Oregon Attorney General has sued Coinbase, alleging that approximately 31 tokens—18 more than initially listed by the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission—including XRP, LINK, and UNI, were offered and sold as investment contracts. The lawsuit refers to them as "crypto securities."
