TechFlow, April 18 — According to Cointelegraph, Swiss bank Sygnum stated that altcoins may rebound in the second quarter of 2025 as digital asset regulations continue to improve.
Sygnum noted in its Q2 2025 investment outlook that regulatory clarity around cryptocurrency use cases has "significantly improved," laying the foundation for a strong recovery in the altcoin sector during the second quarter. However, the company added, "all these positive developments have not yet been reflected in prices." The report expects that "protocols successfully gaining user adoption will outperform, while Bitcoin's dominance will decline."
