TechFlow news, on April 15, ZKsync posted that its security team has confirmed a compromised admin account led to the theft of approximately $5 million worth of ZK tokens (i.e., unclaimed tokens remaining from the ZKsync airdrop). We are taking necessary security measures. All user funds are safe and have never been at risk. The ZKsync protocol and the ZK token contract remain secure, and ZK is no longer at risk. This was an isolated incident caused by a key leak, limited solely to the ZK Token airdrop contract. The investigation is ongoing, and a detailed update will be published later today.
