TechFlow news, April 14 — According to Cointelegraph, the State Agency for Investment under the President of Kyrgyzstan has signed a strategic memorandum of understanding with Binance founder Changpeng Zhao (CZ), officially appointing him as advisor on national blockchain development, cryptocurrency regulation, and Web3 innovation. Under the agreement, CZ will provide guidance to the Kyrgyz government on digital asset frameworks and technical support for blockchain infrastructure, while promoting talent development and building an innovative environment for DeFi. Kyrgyz President Sadyr Japarov stated that blockchain and digital finance are priority areas for the country, and this collaboration marks a significant step forward. The partnership also includes support for education, workforce training, and cross-border knowledge exchange in blockchain, aiming to foster domestic entrepreneurship and align Kyrgyzstan with global best practices in virtual asset regulation.
