TechFlow news, on April 14, Safe Superintelligence (SSI), the artificial intelligence startup founded by OpenAI co-founder Ilya Sutskever, raised $2 billion in its latest funding round, pushing its valuation to $32 billion. Founded just one year ago and currently without a product, the company has secured investments from prominent venture capital firms including Greenoaks, Lightspeed Venture Partners, and Andreessen Horowitz. SSI is dedicated to developing AI models more powerful than those of competitors such as OpenAI, Anthropic, and Google, with offices in Palo Alto, California, and Tel Aviv, Israel.
