TechFlow, April 5 — According to Jinshi Data, Aomori Prefecture Governor Shuichiro Miyashita criticized U.S. "reciprocal tariffs" policy as "Trump's suicidal terrorist attack on the world economy" during a political and economic seminar held in Aomori City by the local branch of Japan's Komeito Party.
Regarding the impact of the U.S. tariff policy, Miyashita said: "The biggest shock may hit the United States itself," adding that such effects would surely reach us in the future. He also urged Komeito Party leader Tetsuo Saito and others attending the meeting to unite and actively take countermeasures.
