TechFlow, April 3 — According to Bloter, on April 2, Kim Seong-jin, head of the Virtual Asset Division at South Korea's Financial Services Commission, stated during a parliamentary session that if domestic cryptocurrency exchanges demonstrate sufficient anti-money laundering capabilities, foreign nationals may be allowed to invest in South Korean crypto assets in the future. Current regulations still prohibit foreign individuals and entities from such investments.
