TechFlow news, March 28 — According to The Fintech Times, blockchain payment infrastructure company Fipto has officially obtained a Payment Institution license from France’s Prudential Supervision and Resolution Authority (ACPR).
This marks the company's second stablecoin-related regulatory approval in France, following its registration as a Digital Asset Service Provider (DASP). With this license, Paris-based Fipto can now send and receive fiat payments globally on behalf of third parties, while optimizing stablecoin transaction processes by reducing intermediaries.
