TechFlow reports on March 21 that, according to Ai Yi's monitoring, the ORCA deployment address transferred tokens worth $9.62 million to market maker Wintermute one hour ago, likely for market making or selling purposes. So far, Wintermute has deposited portions of these ORCA tokens to exchanges including Coinbase, Binance, Kucoin, and Kraken. Its on-chain address still holds 2.2 million ORCA tokens, valued at approximately $7.5 million.
Since Wintermute first deposited tokens to exchanges at 22:18, the ORCA token price has dropped around 7%, falling from $3.642 to $3.39. Wintermute had previously interacted with ORCA as early as December 2024, suggesting this is not the first time it has provided market-making services for the project.
