TechFlow reports that on March 19, according to crypto journalist Eleanor Terrett, after the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) agreed to drop its appeal against Ripple, cryptocurrency derivatives exchange Bitnomial plans to withdraw its lawsuit against the SEC. Bitnomial had previously sued the SEC in October last year after the agency claimed regulatory authority over Bitnomial's planned XRP futures contracts.
Terrett further revealed that Bitnomial will officially launch its XRP futures contracts approved by the U.S. Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) tomorrow morning.
