TechFlow reports on March 15: WLFI, a cryptocurrency project associated with the Trump family, issued a statement responding to media reports from outlets such as The Wall Street Journal and Bloomberg, calling them "unsubstantiated and seemingly politically motivated," reflecting an "agenda-driven journalism model deliberately harming the crypto industry."
WLFI emphasized in the statement that it is fundamentally a decentralized finance project dedicated to "building and democratizing new financial systems for millions of people." The project stated it has established partnerships with multiple leading protocols and organizations within the blockchain industry, and advised the public to disregard "clickbait-style" reporting and instead await significant updates directly from the project regarding its development progress.
Earlier reports indicated that The Wall Street Journal had claimed the Trump family was in talks to take a stake in Binance.
