The company went public through a three-way merger with special purpose acquisition company (SPAC) iClick Interactive Asia Group and Amber DWM, changing its stock ticker from "ICLK" to "AMBR". Amber International operates under the brand name "Amber Premium", primarily providing cryptocurrency financial services to institutional investors and high-net-worth individuals.
