TechFlow News — On March 11, according to CoinDesk Japan, Web3 game developer Mint Town announced it has raised 700 million JPY in funding, led by X&KSK, a fund established by former Japanese national football team player Keisuke Honda. With this round, the company's total fundraising has reached approximately 2 billion JPY.
The funds will be used to strengthen marketing for the "Captain Tsubasa -RIVALS-" Mini Dapps, as well as advance strategic initiatives centered around its native token $JOHN. Mint Town plans to list the token on exchanges in the second quarter of 2025.
