TechFlow news — On March 7, in celebration of International Women's Day, Bitget launched the Blockchain4Her (B4H) commemorative badge and mentorship program, aiming to promote gender equality and encourage more women to actively participate in the blockchain industry. The design inspiration for the B4H commemorative badge comes from the Romanian traditional culture of Mǎrțișor, featuring a red-and-white cord tied to a small charm, symbolizing the arrival of spring. "Mǎrțișor," derived from the Latin word for March (Martie), represents hope, renewal, and new beginnings—values that strongly align with the vision of Blockchain4Her and the spirit advocated by International Women's Day.
Following the remarkable success of the B4H Ambassador Program, Bitget has further introduced the Blockchain4Her Mentorship Program. This initiative aims to provide professional guidance and support to female Web3 entrepreneurs, helping them achieve career breakthroughs in the blockchain field. The mentor team consists of B4H ambassadors and past recipients of B4H awards, offering experience sharing, resource connections, and personalized mentoring to empower more women to grow and innovate within the Web3 ecosystem.
CEO Gracy Chen said, “Wearing this badge is not just a symbol, but an expression of belief. It carries our pursuit of progress and inclusivity, reflecting Bitget’s firm commitment to building a diverse Web3 ecosystem. Through this program, we hope to make more women visible, recognized, and able to exert greater influence in the blockchain space.”
