TechFlow news — On March 1, decentralized AI protocol Prime Intellect announced it has raised $15 million in funding, led by Founders Fund. Participants in the round include Menlo Ventures, Andrej Karpathy (EurekaAI, Tesla, OpenAI), Clem Delangue (Hugging Face), Dylan Patel (SemiAnalysis), Tri Dao (Together.AI), Balaji Srinivasan (Network State), Emad Mostaque (Stability AI), Jake Medwell (co-founder of 8VC), Brendan McCord (Cosmos Institute), and Sandeep Nailwal (Polygon), among others. With this round, Prime Intellect's total fundraising exceeds $20 million.
Prime Intellect is building a peer-to-peer protocol for computing and intelligence, aiming to enable collective creation, development, and sharing of sovereign, open-source AI.
