TechFlow news — On February 27, according to an official blog post, multi-chain crypto wallet Phantom has acquired blockchain data platform SimpleHash. This marks Phantom's third acquisition within the past eight months. Following the acquisition, the SimpleHash team will join Phantom to jointly deliver more accurate and high-performance wallet experiences for users.
Phantom CEO Brandon Millman said: "By bringing in SimpleHash, we ensure Phantom users receive the most accurate and comprehensive token data, unlocking new levels of usability." SimpleHash supports over 80 blockchains, with infrastructure capable of processing thousands of requests per second, setting an industry benchmark for token data reliability.
SimpleHash co-founder Olly Wilson stated: "Joining Phantom enables us to scale our technology and deliver more powerful token and NFT data to millions of users." The integration will bring Phantom users real-time market insights, automatic metadata updates, enhanced spam token protection, and scalable infrastructure capabilities.
