Regarding the financing program for small and medium-sized enterprises in Argentina, KIP was invited to assist in managing the project;

KIP did not participate in the token issuance;

KIP did not profit in any way from the token issuance;

KIP has no prior or ongoing relationship with President Javier Milei.
