TechFlow reports, on February 19, Binance founder Changpeng Zhao (CZ) posted on social media stating:
"An interesting phenomenon in the crypto space:
When you try to make money quickly, you often end up losing.
But when you give, you receive even more in return.
I donated 150 BNB (approximately $100,000) to a university student, who personally invested $50,000 to assist Libra victims. (This student appears to have generated solid returns on the BNB.)
The wallet address has now received more BNB than I originally donated, along with additional tokens.
I will not retain any of the gains. These funds will be donated again, likely to individuals who suffered losses from TST or certain Broccoli projects. This is not an endorsement of any token—please don't overinterpret."
Earlier report: CZ supported a "Victim Relief Program for Argentina Token Launch" initiated by a KOL with 150 BNB. Since then, the donation address used by CZ has accumulated 44 different types of tokens.
