TechFlow news, on February 18, according to official information, Hong Kong-listed company Boyaa Interactive (0434.HK) has signed a token subscription agreement with MTT ESports to purchase 10% of its token supply (approximately 210 million MTT tokens) for 4.18 million USDT. The tokens will be linearly unlocked starting from January 2026 and fully unlocked within 48 months.
Previously, Boyaa Interactive completed its first round of investment in September 2024 by investing 100 BTC. The total amount invested across both rounds is approximately $10 million. Boyaa Interactive currently holds a 25% equity stake in MTT ESports, a company focused on Web3 infrastructure and game development and operations.
