TechFlow news: On February 16, KIP Protocol stated on the X platform that the launch and market-making of $LIBRA were entirely managed by KelsierVentures, represented by project initiator Hayden Davis. No wallet belongs to KIP or myself. After the launch, KIP was invited to manage/supervise the selection of funded technical projects and provide technical infrastructure for the AI initiative. All matters related to issuance and tokens should be directed straight to Kelsier, as they are handling these issues and planning to transfer the tokens to a foundation.
The project drew attention when President Milei tweeted about it. At that time, KIP was not involved in the launch, as KIP Protocol's role has always been post-launch. Today, KIP has faced significant FUD, including threats toward individuals and staff, despite having no involvement in the launch and not handling any tokens or SOL. All SOL obtained today will be reinjected into the LP. All market-making fees will be transferred to a foundation in Argentina. The foundation will continue operating the program as originally planned. Any detailed inquiries regarding the token should be sent directly to Kelsier. KIP Protocol has received zero profit from today’s activities. KIP does not engage in token issuance or market-making services.
