TechFlow news, according to CoinDesk, cryptocurrency exchange Blockchain.com has announced the appointment of former Goldman Sachs executive Justin Evans as Chief Financial Officer and former Velocity Global CFO Mike Wilcox as Chief Operating Officer, preparing for a potential IPO.
Evans said the company is making necessary preparations for going public. The company's most recent funding round was completed in November 2023, raising $110 million with a valuation reaching $7 billion.
Currently, several crypto firms including Circle, Kraken, and Ripple are seeking上市 opportunities to capitalize on increasing institutional investor participation and improving regulatory conditions.
