TechFlow reported on February 15, according to The Block, that the 7-day moving average transaction volume on the Bitcoin network has dropped to 330,000 transactions, hitting a 12-month low and declining approximately 55% from its previous all-time high of 730,000. Over the past month, transaction fees have stabilized around $500,000.
Bitcoin protocols such as Runes and Ordinals currently account for only 1% of total transaction volume. Runes' fee revenue over the past 30 days has been less than $20,000, far below the $60 million generated on its launch day.
