TechFlow reports that on February 14, according to an official announcement, Binance will update its token information calculation methodology starting from February 14, 2025, incorporating token unlock progress into market capitalization and circulating supply calculations.
Under the new method, market cap will be calculated by multiplying circulating supply (including unlocked tokens) by the current price. If unlock data is unavailable, tokens without publicly accessible information will not be included.
Users can view detailed token unlock schedules for each project via the project overview section on Binance's website and app.
