TechFlow news, on February 13, according to Jinshi Data, the number of initial jobless claims in the U.S. for the week ending February 8 was 213,000, compared to an expected 215,000 and a previously revised figure of 220,000 (originally reported as 219,000).
The four-week moving average of initial jobless claims in the U.S. for the week ending February 8 was 216,000, revised from a prior value of 217,000 (previously reported as 216,750).
The number of continuing jobless claims in the U.S. for the week ending February 1 was 1.85 million, compared to an expected 1.88 million and a prior value of 1.886 million.
