TechFlow reports that Initia, a rollup integration network, has announced the launch of a new project called Cabal. Built on the Initia VIP framework, Cabal allows users to deposit INIT and LP tokens to generate liquid, governance-enabled wrapped assets, thereby aggregating VIP rewards and governance power. At the same time, through a bribery mechanism, it incentivizes Minitias to actively participate in ecosystem development, enhancing Initia's overall value capture capability.
Earlier reports indicate that Cabal has secured $3 million in funding from Delphi Digital, Nascent, and Hack VC.
Notably, Initia is a full-stack rollup network designed to connect all rollups, aiming to create an interoperable world spanning Layer 1 and Layer 2 blockchains. The Initia VIP program addresses challenges in multi-chain ecosystems such as fragmented dApp incentive mechanisms, underutilized native tokens, and inefficient allocation of protocol-level incentives or subsidies, aligning interests among participants to promote healthy ecosystem growth.
