TechFlow reports that on February 12, according to an official announcement from the Ethereum Foundation, the foundation has launched the Pectra Proactive Grant Round, aimed at addressing the lag in tools, infrastructure, and ecosystem readiness following major Ethereum upgrades. Applications for this grant program will close on February 23, with a focus on supporting four key areas: core protocol support, tools and infrastructure, testing and security, and adoption and impact analysis. Eligible projects must adopt an open-source license, and retroactive funding requests will not be accepted. Grant outcomes will be announced on March 24.
