Macron expressed hope that France could seize the opportunities brought by this new era, adding that 100,000 young people will receive training through this initiative. He emphasized that Europe must avoid regulating before innovating when facing AI challenges, or it would fall off the innovation track and lag behind in global competition. The AI Action Summit is scheduled to take place in Paris, France, from February 9 to 12.
