TechFlow reported on February 8 that according to Coinglass data, the total liquidation amount in the cryptocurrency market over the past 24 hours reached $220 million, including $171 million in long position liquidations and $48.954 million in short position liquidations.
Ethereum (ETH) liquidations amounted to $47.5625 million, Bitcoin (BTC) liquidations reached $47.16 million, and other cryptocurrencies accounted for $34.186 million. A total of 98,206 individuals were liquidated within the past 24 hours. The largest single liquidation occurred on the BTC-USDT-SWAP trading pair on OKX, valued at $2.4113 million.
