TechFlow news — On January 13, according to Sunil, representative for FTX creditors, FTX has sent emails to creditors with claims under $50,000, notifying them of initial fund distribution arrangements.
These creditors must register through distribution service providers (such as Bitgo or Kraken) and authorize the provider to receive and disburse the allocated funds on their behalf.
Currently, FTX has transferred the first batch of funds to these distribution service providers. Meanwhile, some creditors have shown disputed claim statuses on the FTX creditor portal.
Creditors with claims under $50,000 still have approximately $345 million in claims that have not completed KYC verification.
