TechFlow news, February 7 — According to Cryptonews, Brazil's central bank governor Gabriel Galipolo said that cryptocurrency usage in Brazil has grown significantly over the past few years, with stablecoins accounting for about 90% of the country's digital asset circulation. Galipolo noted that this trend mainly reflects increasing use of cryptocurrencies for daily payments, making regulatory oversight and tax enforcement more complex. He added that most transactions involve purchases of domestic and foreign goods.
