TechFlow News, according to Cointelegraph, Telegram has announced an exclusive partnership with the TON Foundation, requiring all third-party cryptocurrency wallets on its platform to adopt TON Connect as the sole wallet connection protocol.
The TON Foundation stated that existing Mini Apps operating on other blockchains must migrate to the TON network by February 21, including asset cross-chain transfers and smart contract migrations. Wallets that fail to complete integration with TON Connect will be suspended, although the official Wallet in Telegram remains unaffected.
